What delivery options do I have?

We provide delivery

Courier Service

What are your delivery charges?

Courier Service delivery is free for orders $120 and above. If order does not exceed $120, delivery will only be $13.

How long does delivery take?

Courier Service (Same Day)

We deliver 7 days a week through 2 delivery slots,

(Day) 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

(Night) 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

During checkout, you'll be shown the earliest available delivery slot.

For Same Day Delivery, Checkout before (Monday - Saturdays excl. PH)

9.00 am (Delivery Timing between 10:00 am - 6:00pm)

3.00 pm (Delivery Timing between 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

It might be worthwhile to note that we deliver to most addresses in Singapore except

Do not worry about not being home to collect your order, our friendly couriers will give you a call prior to delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

Do you indicate the include the invoice in your delivery, I'm buying it as a gift for my recipient?

Invoices and receipt indicating the price of the products is not inside the shipment. Only the recipient address and contact number is on the shipping label for our courier or delivery partner's reference.

Can I make changes to my items or delivery address after order has been done?

While we will try our best to accommodate your request for changes, it might lead to a delay in the delivery. However, do note that we reserve the right to reject changes as well due to operational constraints. For delivery address changes, please inform us before 3pm.

Where do I put my well wishes or my gift in my order?

During checkout after entering delivery address, there will be an option "Do you have a gift message?" Just select the "Yes" option.

Can I make changes to my gift card message after order has been done?

Due to operational constraints, gift card changes will be rejected especially for same day orders as the card might have been printed or courier has already picked it up.

Can I cancel my order?

We regret to inform you that order cancellation is not possible.
